Accordingly, at approximately 6:30 PM on June 20, 2015, several people who were cutting firewood in the Ngu forest, Tan Huong hamlet, Quynh Thien ward, Hoang Mai town, were shocked to discover a man, approximately 50 years old, lying dead by the roadside. They promptly reported the incident to the authorities for investigation into the cause of death; the victim's identity has not yet been determined.

The police in Hoang Mai town coordinated the autopsy, handed over the body to the local authorities, and are continuing to investigate the cause of the incident.
