Body of a woman found in Goong Lake

(Baonghean.vn)- At around 4:00 p.m. on October 19, Nguyen Doan Tinh (born in 1965, residing in Trung Hoa block, Ha Huy Tap ward, Vinh city) was jogging around Goong lake when he discovered the body of a woman floating on the water.

Mr. Tinh and some people nearby hurriedly went to find a pole to pull the body in, but the body suddenly sank again, so the people present quickly informed the local authorities to send forces to the scene.

Authorities and people are trying to find the victim's body.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuan (Goong Lake security guard) also said: before that, around 1am, when he was fishing at Goong Lake, he heard a strange noise but when he checked around, he found nothing.

After more than an hour of searching, the body of the unfortunate victim was pulled ashore. This woman was about 30 years old, wearing shorts and a T-shirt.

Authorities are currently verifying the victim's identity and investigating the cause of the incident.
