According to information from local authorities, on the morning of July 30, authorities and residents of Thanh Lien and Thanh Huong communes (Thanh Chuong district) discovered the body of Mr. Gian Viet Nhat (50 years old, residing in Lien Truong hamlet, Thanh Lien commune) in Eo Bu forest, hamlet 6, Thanh Huong commune. At this time, the victim's body was severely decomposed.

It is known that on the afternoon of July 27, after burning incense for his mother, Mr. Nhat drove his motorbike into the forest of Thanh Huong commune. When leaving, he told the locals that he was going to get a beehive that he had just seen.
On the night of July 29, Mr. Nhat did not return and could not be reached by phone, so his family organized a search and reported to the authorities.
Then, Thanh Lien commune forces and local people organized a search for Mr. Nhat in the forest area of Thanh Huong commune.
This afternoon, after bringing Mr. Nhat's body home, local people buried the victim according to local customs.
It is known that Mr. Nhat's situation is difficult. His biological mother passed away a week ago. He and his wife have not lived together for a long time. He lives alone. His eldest son has completed his military service and is studying a trade. His daughter lives with her mother, and she is also constantly sick.
