Plastic pellet guns were confiscated.

Earlier, at 9:15 AM on August 10th, based on information from the public, the police force of Hong Son ward (Vinh City) conducted an administrative inspection at the business kiosk of Ngo Thi Hien, residing in Phuc Vinh block, Vinh Tan ward, Vinh City. They discovered and seized 115 battery-operated guns of various types, 15 plastic pellet guns, 26 sets of guns and bows and arrows, 14 plastic swords, and 31 long guns with plastic bullets – all dangerous and violent toys that do not contribute to the moral education of children.

This is a shipment that Ngo Thi Hien imported from Hanoi, intending to sell gradually from now until the Mid-Autumn Festival to make a profit. The kiosk owner, Ngo Thi Hien, defended herself by saying: Because the Mid-Autumn Festival was approaching and she understood the preference of city children for toy guns, she ordered the goods from Hanoi to sell secretly to those in need. All of Ngo Thi Hien's prohibited goods were confiscated by authorities, and further investigation, processing, and destruction will be carried out according to the law.
