Dead body discovered in Thuy Ta Lake.

(Baonghean) – At 11:30 AM on October 31st, several people passing by Thuy Ta Lake in Hung Binh Ward (Vinh City) discovered a dead body floating on the lake's surface.

The unfortunate victim has just been recovered from the water.

Shortly afterward, authorities recovered the victim's body. The victim was an unidentified man, approximately 40 years old, wearing shorts and black socks, and his body was already emitting a foul odor.

According to the initial assessment by the police, the body had been submerged for about 3 days. With the water depth of over 1 meter, drowning is unlikely; this is likely a murder case.

Authorities are conducting an investigation to determine the cause.
