Up to now, in Nghe An province, there are 12 valid Korean investment projects with registered capital of 60.97 million USD, employing over 10,000 local workers such as: Hitech BSE Vietnam Electronics and Telecommunications Components, Equipment and Components Factory established by BSE Vietnam Electronics Co., Ltd. in Nam Cam Industrial Park, Nghe An province, with a total investment of 30 million USD, with a scale of 250 million products/year; Project to produce mobile phone speakers and other electronic components, Emtech Vietnam Co., Ltd. Branch in Hung Thinh (Vinh City, Nghe An), with a scale of 96 million products/year, with an investment capital of 3 million USD; Banana planting and export project of Globe Farm Vietnam Co., Ltd. with a scale of 200 hectares implemented in Vien Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district; Vietnam-Korea Marketing and Investment Consulting Center, implemented by individual investors (Mr. Nguyen Quang Huy and Mr. Choi II Jung), located on the 2nd floor of Phuong Dong Hotel (Vinh City). In addition, there is the Cua Lo Beach Entertainment and Service Area project, with a scale of 150,000 visitors/year; total investment of 0.25 million USD (currently in effect) and 5 projects in the field of textile and garment export/24.17 million USD.
