(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 8th, a delegation from the Provincial Party Committee, led by Comrade Le Ba Hung - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, inspected the implementation of Directive 03 and Resolution IV of the Central Committee (11th term) at the Party Committee of Chau Binh commune and the Party Committee of the People's Council and People's Committee of Quy Chau district.

The Chau Binh commune Party Committee has 17 Party branches with a total of 300 Party members. Implementing Directive 03 of the Politburo on "continuing to promote the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's moral example," the commune Party Committee has seriously implemented it through various forms, while also linking it with the implementation of Resolution IV of the Central Committee (11th term), the New Rural Development Program, and local political tasks, promoting patriotic emulation movements. As a result, many meaningful movements and activities have been carried out, contributing to changes in the locality, such as: the Chau Binh commune Party branch providing assistance to Pha Day village with labor and cash to alleviate difficulties… The Standing Committee of the commune Party Committee also selected five key issues to implement when deploying Resolution IV of the Central Committee (11th term).

Comrade Le Ba Hung acknowledged the achievements of the Party Committee in implementing Directive 03 and Resolution IV (11th Congress) of the Central Committee of the commune. He also noted that the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee needs to overcome shortcomings such as: lack of proactiveness in implementation; some tasks registered for implementation have not yet been carried out; criteria and standards for implementation have been established but not publicly posted; the content of registered study is still superficial and general; ...

The Party Committee of the People's Council and People's Committee of Quy Chau district has 11 branches with 76 party members. In implementing Directive 03, the Party Committee of the People's Council and People's Committee of the district has carried out many practical activities and actions. The Party Committee coordinated with the Party Committees of Chau Tien and Chau Thuan communes (two pilot communes for new rural development) to select and assist a number of poor households to escape poverty; 100% of cadres and party members registered to undertake tasks following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh, and all registered tasks were discussed at the branch level and monitored for results.

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Le Ba Hung acknowledged the achievements of the Party Committee. However, in the coming period, the Party Committee needs to focus on issues such as: overcoming the lack of diversity in the registered activities, promoting self-awareness among cadres and Party members, and implementing more practical, focused, and targeted tasks.
