On the afternoon of July 29, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc of Nghe An organized a meeting to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the Party's Propaganda Sector's tradition (August 1, 1930 - August 1, 2020) and quickly announced the results of the 20th Congress of the Party Committee of the Bloc, term 2020 - 2025. Promoting the glorious tradition of the Propaganda sector

At the ceremony, delegates reviewed the glorious tradition of the Propaganda sector during 90 years of establishment and development. They affirmed that the Party's propaganda work has become a bridge to bring the Party's policies and guidelines to cadres, party members and the masses. Thereby creating a firm belief in the great national unity bloc, making an important contribution to the cause of national liberation struggle, building and defending the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland.

Promoting that glorious tradition, during the more than 65 years of building and developing the Party Committee of the Bloc, together with the Party building committees, the Propaganda Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc has effectively advised on all aspects of the Party's propaganda work, making an important contribution to the work of building a strong Party Committee of the Bloc.

At the same time, well advise on the implementation of Directive 03 (now Directive 05 of the Politburo), government mass mobilization work, and the implementation of grassroots democracy regulations in agencies and units. The Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc acknowledges and commends the achievements in propaganda activities of the Party Committee of the Bloc in the past time.

Promoting the role of "vanguard" on the ideological front

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Nguyen Nam Dinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc, believed that with the efforts of the entire team of cadres working in propaganda and the team of grassroots reporters, they will achieve greater achievements, worthy of the trust of the Standing Committee. Thereby contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 12th National Party Congress, successfully organizing Party congresses at all levels towards the 13th National Party Congress.

In the current context, based on the new revolutionary tasks and the complicated world trends, the Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc requested the Party Committee's Propaganda Department, grassroots Party Committees, and grassroots reporters to perform well the 5 main tasks.

The first, attach importance to and promote propaganda and political and ideological education for cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers in the party;

Monday,Diversify forms and implementation, making ideological work always rich and flexible, meeting the requirements of political tasks of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers in all circumstances;

Tuesday,continue to effectively advise on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's moral example in conjunction with implementing Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (term XII) and regulations on exemplary responsibility";

Wednesday, need to improve the quality of propaganda cadres and grassroots reporters. Because propaganda cadres are "vanguards", "gatekeepers" for the Party on the ideological front. We hope that each comrade needs to be dedicated, wholehearted, enthusiastic, uphold the spirit of setting an example, overcoming difficulties in life and work. Stick closely to reality to grasp the thoughts and aspirations of the masses, thereby proposing and advising Party committees at all levels on correct, creative, timely and effective solutions.

Strengthen coordination, ensure mastery in cyberspace. Continue to innovate content and methods of combating and refuting wrong and hostile viewpoints, preventing "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the organization. At the same time, proactively grasp and reflect the ideological, political and social situation, propose solutions to the Party Committee to handle complex and sensitive issues and incidents, and prevent "hot spots" from arising in agencies and units.

The conference also quickly announced the results of the 20th Party Congress of the Bloc, term 2020 - 2025.

Accordingly, after 2 working days with the spirit of solidarity, democracy, intelligence, and innovation, the 20th Congress of Delegates of the Party Committee of Nghe An Provincial Agencies for the 2020-2025 term was a great success, fully implementing 4 contents according to the Congress's program. Including:

1. Conduct a summary of the implementation of the Resolution of the Party Congress of the Bloc for the 2015 - 2020 term and determine the direction, goals, tasks and solutions for the 2020 - 2025 term.

2. Approving the content of the Report synthesizing comments on the draft documents submitted to the 13th National Party Congress; Draft Political Report of the Provincial Party Committee to be submitted to the 19th Provincial Party Congress.

3. Elect the Party Executive Committee of the Bloc for the 2020 - 2025 term, consisting of 24 comrades with full qualifications, qualities, capacity and prestige to the Party Executive Committee.

4. The delegation to attend the 19th Provincial Party Congress consists of 28 official delegates and 4 alternate delegates who are exemplary and intelligent comrades who will represent the Party Committee of the Bloc and have the ability to contribute to the success of the 19th Nghe An Provincial Party Congress.
