Currently, the Corporation has mastered many modern and advanced bridge and road construction technologies in the world. The technology of drilling large diameter bored piles up to 2 m, 80 - 100 m deep is applied by Cienco 4 in the construction of Ham Luong Bridge (Ben Tre), Hiep Bridge (Thai Binh), Phu Dong 2 Bridge (Hanoi), Cua Dai Bridge (Quang Nam); the technology of constructing balanced cantilever bridges with spans up to 150 m (Ham Luong Bridge, Cua Dai Bridge); the technology of constructing prestressed reinforced concrete box girders by the in-situ casting method on the runway, with spans of 50 m (Vinh Tuy Bridge, Dong Tru Bridge, ...); the technology of constructing prestressed reinforced concrete box girders by the mobile formwork scaffolding method (MSS) applied at Thanh Tri Bridge; the technology of constructing bridge piers with a height of nearly 100 m at Pa Uon Bridge (Son La). At the Nghe An Equipment Technology Fair in 2014, Cienco4 also participated in the fair with 2 construction technology models that have achieved Vietnam's current record: Pa Uon Bridge (Son La) and Co Co Bridge (Da Nang). The Corporation is the first construction unit of the Ministry of Transport to complete the equitization of its member enterprises. On May 10, 2014, the Corporation held its first General Meeting of Shareholders and began operating under the model of a Joint Stock Company from June 1, 2014. At the same time, it is also the leading unit of the Transport sector in the field of infrastructure investment and construction, implementing projects in the form of BOT (build - operate - transfer). Cienco 4 pioneered the investment in the BOT project to expand National Highway 1, section Nam Cau Ben Thuy - Ha Tinh City bypass, and the joint venture between Corporation 319 - Ministry of National Defense invested in the BOT project to expand National Highway 1, section Nghi Son (Thanh Hoa) - Cau Giat (Nghe An) with a total value of 2 projects of more than 4,000 billion VND; the project to repair and upgrade the road surface of Vinh bypass, the railway overpass of National Highway 46...

Although, in the context of general difficulties, the Corporation still ensures enough jobs for workers, maintaining a fairly high growth rate each year. In the first 5 months of 2014 alone, the output value of Cienco 4 reached 7,081/13,500 billion VND, equivalent to 52% of the yearly plan, up 71% compared to the same period in 2014. Regarding revenue, the result reached 6,118/13,000 billion VND, equivalent to 47% of the 2014 plan, up 69% compared to the same period in 2013. Cienco4 has inaugurated and put into operation the following projects: Strengthening the road surface of Vinh City bypass, Hoa Phuoc Bridge and Co Co Bridge - Da Nang, Le Van Sy Bridge - Ho Chi Minh City, ... Organizing the groundbreaking of projects: Dung Bridge, National Highway 46 railway overpass, station, Vinh Airport, road to Lach Huyen Port - Hai Phong. At the same time, the Corporation is focusing resources on drastically constructing key projects: Upgrading and expanding National Highway 1A, Thanh Hoa - Dien Chau section, Ha Tinh - Vung Ang section, Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway, Hanoi - Lao Cai expressway, Da Nang - Quang Ngai expressway, Nhat Tan - Hanoi bridge connecting road, Ho Chi Minh City - Dau Day expressway, Cua Dai bridge, Nguyet Vien bridge...

Recently, along with the "warming up" of the weather, public opinion is particularly concerned about the situation of overloaded vehicles and the phenomenon of rutting on many traffic routes across the country. Cienco 4, a BOT investor that has put into operation the Vinh bypass project and National Highway 1 Nam Ben Thuy - Ha Tinh bypass - which is considered a model route, is also struggling to cope with this situation. Following the direction of the Ministry of Transport, Cienco 4 has proactively reviewed the scene, promptly informed the media about the rutting spots, and quickly implemented solutions such as: Watering to cool the road surface during rush hour, and regulating traffic to prevent overloaded vehicles from overlapping. In June 2014, Cienco 4 put into use a low-speed static weighing station installed by the Corporation at Ben Thuy Bridge Toll Station to record data and the actual status of overloaded vehicles in traffic, supporting authorities in controlling vehicle loads, and collecting data to determine the cause of rutting.

In addition to developing production, business, and building enterprises, Cienco4 always performs well in social work, gratitude activities, and humanitarian charity. Every year, Cienco4 actively participates in social activities, such as: "Warm Tet at the Border", "Tet for the Poor", "Love for the West", giving gifts to families in difficulty; participating in the "New Rural Development Program", "Cow Bank"; supporting people in flood-affected areas.
