Phil Jones scored an own goal, causing MU to lose painfully to Chelsea

The highlight match of round 36 of the Premier League was not as exciting as expected. Despite dominating the field, it was thanks to Phil Jones' own goal that Chelsea was lucky to have a narrow 1-0 victory over Manchester United.

This victory helped Chelsea usurp Arsenal's throne and regain 3rd place on the rankings with 68 points, 1 point more than the "Gunners" but having played one less match.

Entering the match, coach Alex Ferguson continued to surprise when he left striker Wayne Rooney on the bench and put his trust in Robin van Persie. The goalkeeper was not De Gea as usual but Lindegaard.
