Speaking at the ceremony, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Xuan Son congratulated the staff and teachers of Vinh University on the occasion of Vietnamese Teachers' Day, November 20. He also emphasized that over the years, Vinh University has been invested in by the Prime Minister to become a national key school; selected by the Ministry of Education and Training as one of 10 educational institutions implementing the Project on teaching and learning foreign languages in the national education system and one of 8 educational institutions to benefit from the Program on developing pedagogical schools to improve the capacity of teachers and managers of general education institutions. This is both an opportunity and a challenge for the school in the coming time.
