DO A GOOD STAFF WORK

In the first quarter of 2021, the Party committees and the Provincial Party Committee Office actively implemented work plans, promptly responding to the leadership and direction requirements of the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Executive Committee.

Accordingly, the Party committees and the Provincial Party Committee Office actively advised on supplementing the action program for the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee; plans to organize major holidays and important events in 2021.

Consulting on planning and organizing online conferences to research, study, disseminate, propagate and implementResolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party.Advise and implement Conclusion 71-KL/TW dated March 24, 2020 of the Secretariat on handling violations in the recruitment of cadres, civil servants and public employees; Plan for training and fostering cadres, civil servants and public employees in 2021.

Summary report on 5 years of implementing Resolution No. 02-NQ/TU dated March 15, 2016 of the Provincial Party Executive Committee on rotation, transfer, promotion, appointment, re-appointment, nomination; evaluation and classification of collectives and cadres under the management of the Provincial Party Committee in 2020.

Advise on reports on inspection, supervision and enforcement of party discipline in 2020; provide guidance on handling a number of complicated and prolonged cases and petitions. Inspect the implementation of a number of contents related to mineral management; compliance with policies and laws in inspection, examination and anti-budget loss activities.

Advise on the plan for internal affairs, anti-corruption and judicial reform in 2021; urge the settlement of cases and lawsuits assigned by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; advise on the implementation of grassroots democracy regulations, government mass mobilization work, and activities of mass organizations; advise on the implementation of religious and ethnic work.

EVALUATION OF SHARED MODEL

Concluding the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Thong highly appreciated the advisory work of the Party committees and the Provincial Party Committee Office in serving the leadership, direction and operation of the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial Party Executive Committee.

Deploying the tasks of the second quarter of 2021, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized the need to improve the quality of advice, especially advice on documents submitted to the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee by Party committees and the Provincial Party Committee Office. Therefore, Party committees need to organize thematic activities to improve the quality of advice, especially advice on documents for their cadres.

Along with that is the focus on promoting information technology, improving information technology application skills of cadres and specialists; synchronizing information technology application between Party committees and the Office.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the committees and the Provincial Party Committee Office to coordinate in advising and evaluating the model of shared Party Committee offices. The Party committees and the Provincial Party Committee Office continue to do a good job in advising the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to lead and direct the work well.electorThe 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term in the coming time.

In addition, it is necessary to strengthen the effectiveness of coordination and information exchange between the departments, the Office and the departments, branches and sectors in staff work to ensure the effective, unified and timely leadership and direction of the implementation of political tasks by the provincial leaders.

At the same time, the committees and the Provincial Party Committee Office need to proactively and effectively implement the tasks of each committee and the ad hoc tasks assigned by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.
