Innovation and creativity in grasping the people's situation
In the third quarter of 2019, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and mass organizations focused on propaganda and mobilization work, thereby raising awareness of compliance with the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws among the people, and democratic regulations continued to be widely promoted.
Many emulation movements in labor, production, helping each other to eliminate hunger, reduce poverty, and handle arising problems in each locality and residential area have been participated by the Vietnam Fatherland Front and organizations, creating efficiency, contributing to promoting socio-economic development, ensuring security and order in the whole province.
Listening to and understanding the people's thoughts, aspirations, and opinions are focused on by the Vietnam Fatherland Front and organizations, and there are many innovations and creations. On that basis, timely advice is given to Party committees and authorities at all levels to resolve practical requirements.

In the first 9 months of 2019, the Fund for the Poor mobilized more than 24 billion VND; renovated and repaired 410 solidarity houses; renovated and built more than 200 new-style rural gardens; guided the establishment of 22 professional groups and professional associations, creating conditions for farmers to strengthen cooperation and association in agricultural production.
In addition, leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and organizations also raised a number of concerns and proposed that the Provincial Party Committee pay attention to leading and directing the Provincial People's Committee, sectors and localities to take action.

Do not create dependence of the poor
Concluding the meeting, in addition to acknowledging the positive and innovative activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and mass organizations recently, comrade Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also said that the quality of direction and guidance at the grassroots level and the construction and replication of typical examples and models still raised many concerns.
Emphasizing a number of key tasks in the fourth quarter of 2019, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee said that the Fatherland Front and mass organizations need to focus on educating, propagating, and mobilizing people of all walks of life to comply with the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State as well as the action programs of the Fatherland Front and mass organizations after the congress, so that the guidelines, policies and action programs come into life.
