The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized that the Standing Office of the Provincial Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention, Search and Rescue and Civil Defense is an effective advisory and support unit for the Steering Committee, performing tasks related to natural disaster prevention, search and rescue and civil defense.
Therefore, the unit needs to continue to do a good job of forecasting, proactively grasping and analyzing the situation, advising the provincial leaders to promptly deploy measures to prevent, combat and respond to post-storm circulation, not to be passive and surprised, ensuring safety of life, minimizing damage to property of the people and the state in the area. Clearly assign people, clearly assign tasks, arrange forces on duty 24/24h to closely monitor the situation of storm No. 5.
