Deploy the work of summarizing and summarizing the Central's directives and resolutions in a timely and effective manner.

Advise on the implementation plan of Directive 35-CT/TW dated May 30, 2019 of the Politburo; establish 4 sub-committees to prepare for the 19th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025; advise on training, planning, appointment, timely rotation to perfect, consolidate and improve the quality of the staff.

Inspections and supervisions ensure progress, especially projects and programs to implement Party Congress Resolutions at all levels... Thereby contributing to rectifying and enhancing the Party's fighting and leadership in all fields. Mass mobilization work is increasingly practical, especially in religious and ethnic minority areas. Complaints and petitions from the people are resolved promptly; issues of public concern are well resolved.

At the same time, coordinate in preparing and reviewing the submitted contents, serving well the activities of the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Executive Committee, etc.

Efforts to complete 2019 plans

Party committees and the Provincial Party Committee Office need to review the targets of 2019, urge and direct Party committees at all levels to review socio-economic targets to complete the plans and targets of 2019 with the highest effort.
