Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee: Arrange the organization of the Party Committee Office to be streamlined and effective

The Party Committee Office has coordinated to prepare a preliminary review of the 5-year implementation of Resolution No. 26 of the Politburo on the development of Nghe An province until 2020 and evaluated the half-term implementation of the Resolution of the Party Congress at all levels with good results. At the same time, it has proactively advised the Party Committee to organize the good implementation of the Central Committee's new policies and requirements and practical issues arising, ensuring comprehensive leadership in all fields while focusing on key and central contents.

The Provincial Party Committee Office also strictly followed the information reporting regime, closely coordinated with relevant agencies to proactively provide information to serve the leadership of the Party Committee, and at the same time ensured good activities with the increasingly high requirements of the Party Committee and the office...

Speaking at the Conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Xuan Son commended and highly appreciated the activities of the Party Committee Office in 2018.

Emphasizing that 2019 is the year of sprinting and accelerating efforts to achieve the goals of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2015-2020 term, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Council requested that the Party Committee Office focus on making great efforts to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

According to the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the key task in 2019 of the Provincial Party Committee Office is to coordinate the implementation of the "common office" model on the basis of gathering the offices of Party committees, thereby creating smooth operations, in a streamlined direction, and operating effectively and efficiently.

At the same time, focus on improving the quality of consulting, serving well the meetings of the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Executive Committee and grassroots Party committees; improve the quality of editing and drafting documents; proactively participate in developing and urging the implementation of programs and projects. Proactively review documents before submitting them to the meetings of the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Executive Committee.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Xuan Son noted that the Party Committee Office needs to prepare to advise on draft documents for Party Congresses at all levels.

Proactively grasp information to effectively advise the Party Committee in the process of leadership, management and timely handling of tasks and issues arising in practice; take care to improve the quality of the team to better complete tasks in 2019.
