Deputy Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union was appointed Deputy Director of the Department of Tourism
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of October 13, the Department of Tourism held a ceremony to announce the Decision to appoint the Deputy Director of the Department of Tourism.
Attending the ceremony were comrade Le Minh Thong - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, representatives of the Department of Home Affairs, Provincial Youth Union and many officers and civil servants of the Department of Tourism.
At the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Minh Thong presented the Decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Duong Hoang Vu - Standing Deputy Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Tourism from October 10, 2017.

In his speech assigning tasks, comrade Le Minh Thong emphasized that the tourism industry has made remarkable progress in recent times. The province has issued a plan to implement Resolution 08-NQ/TW of the Politburo on developing tourism into a spearhead economic sector, therefore, the role of the tourism industry in the socio-economic development of the province is increasingly important.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hopes that with his youth, enthusiasm and desire to contribute, Comrade Duong Hoang Vu will continuously strive to practice, strive, and make worthy contributions to the strong changes of the tourism industry in the coming time.
In his acceptance speech, the new Deputy Director of the Department of Tourism, Duong Hoang Vu, thanked the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee for their trust; for the support and companionship of his colleagues at the Provincial Youth Union as well as the Department of Tourism. He promised to work with the staff, civil servants and employees of the Department of Tourism to successfully complete the assigned tasks, affirming the position of the province's tourism industry.
