Stick to political tasks, promote core role

The meeting comprehensively assessed the performance of the tasks of the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and unions in the past time.

Accordingly, the units have closely followed political tasks, promoted the core role in propagating and mobilizing people to well implement the Party's policies and the State's laws; actively participated in socio-economic development, ensured national defense and security, prevented and overcame the consequences of natural disasters and epidemics.

Movements and campaigns are practically implemented, associated with the practical requirements of each locality and unit.

The work of preparing and organizing congresses of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and mass organizations has been carried out on schedule. Up to now, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress at the commune and ward levels has been completed as planned; socio-political organizations at the provincial level have issued guidelines and developed plans to organize their congresses for the 2025-2030 term, and at the same time, actively participated in giving comments on draft documents of Party congresses at all levels, contributing to the success of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, towards the 14th National Party Congress.

Patriotic emulation movements and activities to care for people's lives have been widely deployed. The Fatherland Front and its member organizations have coordinated with agencies, units and enterprises to organize many activities to support the poor and policy families, especially helping people overcome the consequences of storms No. 3, No. 5 and No. 10.

The Provincial Labor Federation organized a series of "Union Meals" programs that received positive responses from union members and workers. The Provincial Farmers' Association prepared for the 6th Patriotic Emulation Congress and, at the same time, completed the handover of management of loan projects to the Farmers' Support Fund. The Provincial Women's Union organized the 5th Conference to commend advanced models, period 2020 - 2025 and officially launched the "Digital Education for the People" movement.

Nghe An Provincial Youth Union has implemented many social security activities, supporting people at public administrative centers and the peak of the 2025 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign. The Provincial Literature and Arts Association has increased its mobilization of members to compose and promote works that vividly reflect social life.

The Union of Friendship Organizations promotes people-to-people diplomacy and promotes the image of Nghe An to the world. The Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations actively disseminates and propagates new legal documents and policies of the Party and State to its member associations.

In addition to the achieved results, through understanding public opinion, people still have many concerns and recommendations; in which, an issue about administrative procedures in the initial stage of operating two-level local government stands out; the planning and rearrangement of administrative headquarters in some communes and wards still causes inconvenience in transactions...

In particular, people are also concerned about natural disasters, storms, flash floods, landslides and urban flooding, especially after recent major storms.

In addition, the production and sale of counterfeit and poor quality goods, unsafe food in school canteens, and food of unknown origin around schools are still issues of concern to the people.

Proactive, responsible, flexible in implementing tasks

Concluding the meeting, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Vo Thi Minh Sinh acknowledged that in the third quarter of 2025, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and unions had seriously and effectively carried out assigned political tasks.

In particular, after transferring the local government to two levels from July 1, 2025, the system of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations have proactively arranged and merged advisory and support agencies in a streamlined and synchronous spirit, initially promoting efficiency.

Despite some initial difficulties, the organizations have been proactive and creative in implementing propaganda work for the 20th Provincial Party Congress, and at the same time, effectively organizing many special activities, especially mobilizing support to overcome the consequences of natural disasters.

Cadres, members, and union members at all levels have closely followed the grassroots, joining hands to help people stabilize their lives soon. This practice shows the initial effectiveness of the organization's arrangement and streamlining, creating conditions for agencies to coordinate smoothly and synchronously, and for basic work to run smoothly.

Looking forward to the fourth quarter of 2025, the final stage of the year with many key tasks, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations to step up propaganda on the results of the 20th Congress of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee; at the same time, proactively participate in proposing the development of scientific projects, tasks, and specific plans to implement the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress. This needs to be done according to the principle of "clear tasks, clear presiding agencies, clear coordinating agencies, clear products, clear time, clear responsibilities", associated with a mechanism to monitor and evaluate specific progress.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Vo Thi Minh Sinh also emphasized the need to focus on directing and successfully completing the congresses of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, ensuring progress and quality. The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission was assigned to monitor, urge, and advise the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee during the implementation process.

Notably, the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term will be held early, on March 15, 2026. Therefore, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to urgently coordinate in developing and promulgating the election plan.

The Provincial People's Committee proactively coordinates with the Standing Committee of the People's Council, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and the agencies in charge of election work to properly implement the regulations of the Central Government. In particular, it is necessary to promptly arrange funds for election services, especially for the commune level; at the same time, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee carefully advises on personnel work for election services.

Regarding the work of overcoming the consequences of storms and floods, comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh requested the Provincial People's Committee to continue to resolutely direct the work of ensuring environmental sanitation, food safety, clean water and restoring production after natural disasters. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee urgently advised on allocating funds from the Provincial Relief Fund and the "For the Poor" Fund to affected communes and wards to support the construction of livelihood models, and at the same time allocate resources to associations and unions to deploy models to support union members.

Regarding digital transformation in Party agencies, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that 100% of documents submitted to the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee must be operated and processed on the electronic operating system; at the same time, continue to promote digital transformation in all aspects, towards connecting shared data to improve management, operation and implementation of professional tasks.
