In the first nine months of the year, the province recorded 189 traffic accidents resulting in 131 deaths and 146 injuries. Compared to the same period in 2014, there was a decrease of 21 accidents, 14 deaths, and 15 injuries. Although all three indicators decreased, the traffic accident situation remains extremely complex. Therefore, strengthening the dissemination of traffic safety laws is essential and urgent.
