The Vice Chairman of the province said: "Investors do not expect land tax exemption policies, but what investors expect is administrative procedure reform. In the past, our province has reformed administrative procedures, but they are still extremely complicated, even for businesses coming to invest, and for Nghe An children returning to invest.

To attract investment and create breakthroughs in business development, the fundamental solution is to reform and simplify administrative procedures for investors. At all costs, we must "untie" businesses. If administrative reform is done well, if only 50% of the more than 10,000 businesses operating in the province grow, it will become the most sustainable source of revenue increase.

To overcome that situation, the Vice Chairman of the province said: "In the near future, the province will organize a public administrative service center, in which information technology will be used to score the processing of officials and specialists in implementation, avoiding harassment in the process of handling administrative procedures."
