On the afternoon of July 23, the provincial delegation led by Mr. Bui Dinh Long - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee offered flowers and incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs at Nghi Loc District Martyrs' Cemetery and presented gifts to war invalids, families with meritorious services, and workers on the occasion of the 77th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2024).
Also attending were leaders of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, Provincial Military Command and leaders of Nghi Loc district.

At Nghi Loc District Martyrs' Cemetery, the provincial delegation respectfully offered flowers and incense at the Memorial and martyrs' graves with sincere hearts and deep gratitude to the heroic martyrs who sacrificed for the country's peace and development.

They were Mr. Le Van Nghi, born in 1950, a 1/4 class war invalid, in Eo Bu hamlet, Nghi Thuan commune and Mr. Bui Van Binh, born in 1950, a 4/4 class war invalid, in hamlet 2, Nghi Hung commune.
