Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Xuan Dai emphasized: The Health sector has paid attention to the human resource development strategy, has a mechanism to attract high-quality human resources; creates an environment and conditions for cadres and employees to study and improve their professional qualifications and skills, meeting the requirements of applying high technology and specialized techniques in medical examination and treatment for the people.
Regarding the tasks in the coming time, comrade Le Xuan Dai requested the health sector to promote the achieved results, constantly improve the quality of medical examination and treatment for the people; strengthen coordination with health insurance, manage medical examination and treatment by health insurance, prevent profiteering, ensure the people's rights to participate in health insurance. The health sector needs to continue to promote tradition, be dynamic, innovative, creative, contributing with the province to successfully implement the Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress.
Visiting, congratulating and talking with the staff, doctors and workers of the Provincial General Hospital, comrade Le Xuan Dai expressed his joy at the remarkable growth of the hospital, especially the attention paid to investing in equipment and studying to improve professional skills to meet the medical examination and treatment needs of the people.

Although the unit currently has only 200 beds, it receives 300 inpatients every day. Overcoming difficulties in facilities and equipment, the team of doctors, nurses and workers of the Endocrinology Hospital have strived to perform well the task of medical examination and treatment, and health care for the people.
Congratulating the Provincial Preventive Medicine Center, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Xuan Dai happily acknowledged the results achieved by the unit in the past year. Accordingly, the Center has implemented epidemic prevention work well, preventing major epidemics from occurring. The unit has done well in expanded immunization, environmental health and school health; non-communicable disease control and nutrition work...
