Many recommendations have not been resolved

The report of the Department of Planning and Investment at the conference showed that, according to the Conclusion Notice No. 36 of the Provincial People's Committee, there are 9 recommendations from enterprises in the province that need to be resolved. These are: Recommendation of Long Thanh Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company on land allocation for the Cua Con residential, tourism and service project in Quynh Di Ward, Hoang Mai Town; Hieu River Transport Construction and Trading Company Limited on land lease in Quang Tien Ward, Thai Hoa Town after purchasing assets from Nghe An 1/5 LLC; Recommendation of Nghe An Health Joint Stock Company related to land lease when purchasing the orange garden assets in Nghi An, Vinh City from Nghe An 1/5 LLC.

Proposal of Nhan Tam Social Protection Facility on the implementation of the Nhan Tam Social Protection Facility project in Vinh Tan Ward, Vinh City; Trung Duc Construction Joint Stock Company on site clearance for the construction of a cassava starch processing factory in Ha Son Commune, Quy Hop District; Quang Trung Petroleum Investment Joint Stock Company on investment incentives for the renovation project of Area A, Quang Trung Apartment Complex, Vinh City; Tecco Group - Nghe An branch on the refund of compensation costs for land acquisition and compensation and investment in infrastructure construction of the resettlement area of ​​72m road in Nghi Phu Commune, Vinh City; Proposal of enterprises with grassroots party organizations under the Party Committee of enterprises related to the waterway at Cua Hoi fishing port; Proposal of Hien Thanh Company related to compensation for land acquisition and compensation for the project in Hung Thinh Commune, Hung Nguyen.

In addition to the above contents, the Department of Planning and Investment also received 8 new recommendations from enterprises based on the proposals of the Association of Small and Medium Enterprises and the Nghe An Typical Enterprise Association. The Department of Planning and Investment has sent documents to departments, branches and localities to coordinate in responding to enterprises.

Thus, many of the recommendations of enterprises through many meetings have not been resolved. In particular, the problem of Long Thanh Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company regarding land allocation for the Cua Con residential, tourism and service project in Quynh Di ward, Hoang Mai town continued to be raised at the meeting. After many meetings, the issue has not been completely resolved by the parties.

Problems of businesses are“consolidate”

At the conference, representatives of departments, branches, associations and enterprises continued to discuss and consult on solutions to remove difficulties and problems that enterprises are concerned about such as: land allocation for project implementation, compensation for site clearance, land prices, industrial cluster infrastructure, etc.

After listening to the opinions of businesses, associations and responses from departments and branches, concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Hoa directly responded to a number of recommendations from businesses.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that many issues that businesses have proposed for a long time have not been thoroughly resolved, and the quality of resolution is not high. 2019 is considered the year of administrative reform, but currently, business proposals are being "stacked"; many cases have not been resolved. Therefore, relevant departments and branches should advise the Provincial People's Committee and coordinate with localities to promptly handle difficulties that businesses are facing; create conditions for businesses to continue implementing projects and promote production and business development.

Comrade Le Ngoc Hoa also requested that associations and business associations continue to promptly grasp the difficulties of enterprises and synthesize recommendations and proposals to remove difficulties to submit to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and resolution.
