7 communes: Quynh Thang, Quynh Van, Quynh Anh, Quynh Phu, Quynh Luu, Quynh Son and Quynh Tam were established on the basis of rearranging 25 communes and towns of the old Quynh Luu district. Of which, Quynh Thang commune has the largest area (107.99km²), Quynh Luu commune has the largest population.

Officials and civil servants basically have a high sense of responsibility, agree and unanimously accept professional tasks when the commune comes into operation, ensuring no interruptions and relatively effective organization of operations. Security, order and social security in the area are maintained.

At the same time, he directly discussed with officials and civil servants about the procedures for receiving and handling administrative procedures; deploying electronic software; the number and time of processing records and arising issues in actual operations.

According to the Working Group, at the Public Administration Service Centers of the communes on the morning of July 14, the number of people coming to do transactions increased dramatically. Some communes have neatly arranged functional areas and reception counters for each field. Right from the entrance hall, people can get a queue number, read the procedural information on the notice board or be guided by union members and youths on duty at the support desk.

Determined to operate two-level government effectively

Through on-site inspection and listening to reports from communes and departments, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bui Dinh Long acknowledged the efforts and highly appreciated the proactiveness of localities in preparing facilities, organizing personnel and putting the commune-level government apparatus into stable operation. At the same time, he shared the practical issues with officials and civil servants of the 7 communes.

In the immediate future, communes need to study and amend working regulations appropriately; focus on preparing well for the successful organization of the 1st Party Congress of communes, term 2025-2030.

In addition to personnel work, it is necessary to pay attention to building quality political reports; at the same time, orienting socio-economic development goals for the 2025-2030 term, in accordance with the characteristics of the situation and development capacity of each commune.

At the same time, review and develop the socio-economic development plan for the last 6 months of 2025; focus on leadership and direction, resolutely and synchronously, ensuring the completion of the goals set for 2025; promote the development, application of science and technology, innovation and digital transformation in all fields in the spirit of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo.

Communes need to pay attention to ensuring working and living conditions for cadres and civil servants, so that the team can work with peace of mind.
