On the afternoon of August 8, Mr. Bui Dinh Long - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Head of the Steering Committee for the 2020 High School Graduation Exam and the inspection team of the Ministry of Education and Training inspected the exam sites in Vinh City. This was the first meeting to complete exam procedures for candidates.

At the Examination Council of Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted, members of the delegation inspected the place where exam questions and papers were kept, and entered the exam rooms to encourage the candidates before officially starting the exam.

At the Huynh Thuc Khang High School Examination Council, due to the large number of candidates taking the exam with over 600 students, the inspection team reminded the examination council to come up with a detailed plan to quickly and conveniently measure the candidates' body temperature on the official exam day. At the same time, there is a plan to promptly support candidates in the following exam days.
At the provincial Ethnic Minority High School exam site, because this is a special exam site with the majority of candidates being boarding students, the delegation requested that the exam council pay attention to the health of the candidates.
