Deputy Director of Agricultural Cooperative had his car trunk stolen and lost more than 100 million VND
Just withdrew more than 100 million VND from the bank, put it in the trunk of the motorbike and drove to the office. Three minutes later, I opened it to check and the money was "gone".
On the afternoon of April 21, Colonel Pham Trung Phuong - Chief of Duy Xuyen District Police (Quang Nam) said that he had received a report from Mr. Ly Chuong about a stranger breaking into his motorbike trunk and stealing more than 100 million VND.

According to Colonel Phuong, the unit has also established a special task force to investigate and arrest the suspects who caused the theft.
According to initial information, at around 8:30 a.m. on April 20, Mr. Ly Chuong (57 years old, residing in Tra Dong village, Duy Vinh commune, Duy Xuyen district, Deputy Director of Duy Vinh Agricultural Cooperative) went to the Sacombank transaction office in Nam Phuoc town (Duy Xuyen district) to withdraw 105 million VND to give to his son to take care of household chores.
After withdrawing the money, he put it in the trunk of his motorbike and went to his office (Duy Vinh commune) about 6 km from the bank transaction office, then parked the motorbike in the yard and went into his office.
About 3 minutes later, I opened the trunk to check and found that more than 100 million VND had disappeared.
Mr. Chuong said that according to the surveillance cameras of some businesses on the way from the bank to the office, he discovered a couple on a SH motorbike following him to the front gate of the office.
"In just a few minutes of being off guard, this couple broke into my car trunk and stole more than 100 million VND," said Mr. Chuong.
The case is currently being investigated by Duy Xuyen District Police.
