Deputy director of leaked sex clip in the West forced to resign

A week after being expelled from the Party for revealing a sex clip with a female elementary school accountant, the Deputy Director of the Land Registration Office Branch of Ke Sach District (Soc Trang) was forced to quit his job.

Soc Trang Department of Natural Resources and Environment yesterday voted to review and discipline Mr. Nguyen Van Vien (41 years old), Deputy Director of the Branch of the Land Use Registration Office of Ke Sach district.

"The disciplinary council has unanimously decided to dismiss this official due to violating the Party's ethics and lifestyle and violating the Law on Marriage and Family," the official said, adding that the disciplinary decision will be implemented tomorrow afternoon.

Last week, members of the Standing Committee of Ke Sach District Party Committee voted unanimously to expel Mr. Vien from the Party.

The Disciplinary Council of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Soc Trang continued to meet and determined that Mr. Vien's posting of the sex clip had created negative public opinion in the locality, causing loss of prestige for the agency and unit.

Speaking to VnExpress earlier, Mr. Vien refused to comment and said he accepted all forms of discipline from the organization.

A month ago, a sex clip of Mr. Vien with a female accountant at a local elementary school was leaked. The deputy director later admitted that he was the character in the sex clip, and at the same time accepted the disciplinary warning from the Party, but it was not accepted.

Mr. Vien is a man with a wife and two children; the female accountant is a man with a husband and one child.
