Absolutely do not take advantage of the name of socialization to collect equal and imposed contributions.

People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities shall allocate sufficient resources for local education according to regulations; direct educational institutions in the area to strictly collect fees in accordance with regulations.

At the same time, the Ministry of Education and Training and the People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities must strengthen inspection and examination work and strictly handle violations of educational establishments and heads of educational establishments; promptly support students in difficult circumstances, educational establishments in difficult areas, and those affected by natural disasters and floods, ensuring that all students can attend school regularly.
