Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung inspects storm response work in Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn) - On the evening of September 14, a Government delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung, Chairman of the National Committee for Incident, Disaster Response and Search and Rescue inspected the prevention and response work to storm No. 10 in Nghe An province and conducted a field survey in Cua Lo town.

Listening to the provincial leaders' quick report on the prevention and response work for storm No. 10 in Nghe An and inspecting the actual prevention and response work for storm No. 10 in Cua Lo town, Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung highly appreciated the proactiveness of Nghe An province in responding to storm No. 10.
Emphasizing that storm No. 10 is forecast to be very strong, the Deputy Prime Minister requested Nghe An province to focus on implementing proactive response plans, in which the highest priority is to evacuate and relocate people from areas at risk of unsafe coastal areas and areas at high risk of flooding and landslides.
