At around 9:00 p.m. on January 23, many football fans were surprised to see Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam wearing a helmet and riding a motorbike to the stadium.Hoan Kiem Lake area (Hanoi).

Wearing a red shirt and holding a large flag, the Deputy Prime Minister joined the crowd congratulating the Vietnamese team's victory over Qatar in the U23 Asian Cup semi-final.
