Vietnamese pho and spring rolls become popular in Moscow

The food festival has more than 30 Vietnamese restaurants and cafes - either long-standing in Moscow or recently opened - participating.

The idea of ​​the organizers of the street food festival - Hanoi - Moscow Trade Center Investment Joint Stock Company (Incentra) - attracted Georgian, Uzbek and Japanese chefs, who work in Moscow, to also introduce their dishes to the people of Moscow.

Here, visitors can enjoy world-famous dishes such as spring rolls, pho... along with dozens of simple and unique street foods such as pate sandwiches, banh duc, banh cuon, bun thang, bun bo Hue...

In addition, at the festival there are many kiosks where you can buy Vietnamese agricultural products such as coffee, tea, fruits as well as souvenirs.

According to Sputnik, every day of opening, the festival welcomes thousands of visitors. They are Vietnamese people, especially those who have lived in Moscow for a long time, missing the taste and flavor of their homeland's dishes. But Russians still come here more.

Among them are many young men and women who are studying Vietnamese language, history, culture and traditions at Moscow universities. They come to get acquainted with Vietnamese national cuisine.

Also coming to the festival were many Russians who had worked in Vietnam in different periods or who had traveled to Vietnam. They came here to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of Vietnamese streets and the taste of Vietnamese cuisine.
