The cooperative program of providing deferred payment fertilizer to farmers between the Provincial Farmers’ Association and Nghe An Agricultural Materials Joint Stock Company helps farmers have more capital to invest and produce on time. Thereby, attracting farmers to actively participate in the association, contributing to building stronger association organizations.

To continue promoting the results of coordination in fertilizer lending to support farmers' production, the Provincial Farmers' Association and the Agricultural Materials Corporation have signed a contract to coordinate activities for the period 2024-2028; Coordinate in building and assigning implementation targets for 2025 to the Farmers' Associations of districts, cities, towns and district Agricultural Materials Companies; Review the demand for production area of ​​crops, fertilizer demand of each crop to develop a plan to register fertilizer demand right from the beginning of the production season.

On the side of Nghe An Agricultural Materials Joint Stock Corporation, in coordination with the Provincial Farmers' Association, it directs all levels of the association to promote propaganda and transfer of techniques in using fertilizers and seeds; Annually, it supports the Farmers' Association in building 3-5 experimental models on planting new varieties and applying high-content fertilizers to compare and confirm the productivity and quality of varieties and fertilizers.

Comrade Truong Van Hung - Deputy General Director of Nghe An Agricultural Materials Joint Stock Corporation said: "Currently, Nghe An Agricultural Materials Joint Stock Corporation is the only unit that has signed a cooperation agreement with the Provincial Farmers' Association to deploy the provision of deferred fertilizer loan services for farmers.

In the coming time, in addition to supplying fertilizers, the company hopes to cooperate with farmer members in clean agricultural production, afforestation and other fields to create a closed chain, create stable output for agricultural products, increase economic efficiency in agricultural and forestry production; improve income for farmers.

At the conference, representatives of the Farmers' Association of districts, cities and towns exchanged experiences in providing fertilizers with deferred payment; presented limitations and difficulties, as well as proposed solutions for implementation in the coming time.

On this occasion, the Provincial Farmers' Association and Nghe An Agricultural Materials Joint Stock Corporation awarded Tan Ky unit for its excellent achievements in providing deferred fertilizer to farmers; 4 units achieved good results: Thanh Chuong, Do Luong, Nghia Dan, Hung Nguyen.

At the conference, the Provincial Farmers' Association and Nghe An Agricultural Materials Joint Stock Corporation signed a Cooperation Agreement "Supporting farmers to start innovative businesses, period 2025-2030".
