This includes agreeing on the content, assigning tasks for preparing reports, presentations, and draft resolutions; determining issues to be raised and answered during the sessions; and reviewing, revising, and supplementing reports, presentations, and draft resolutions submitted to the sessions on schedule and with quality, ensuring compliance with the Law on the Organization of People's Councils and People's Committees.

Coordination between the two agencies at the sessions has been quite effective. Issues discussed, opinions expressed, and concerns raised by provincial People's Council delegates, along with leaders of provincial departments and agencies, and leaders of districts, cities, and towns, were presented at the sessions through group discussions, plenary sessions, question-and-answer sessions, and discussions of reports and resolutions. These were then considered, explained, and finalized by the Provincial People's Committee before being voted on.
Both sides have also actively coordinated in handling issues arising between the two sessions of the Provincial People's Council. The monitoring, surveying, and resolution of recommendations following monitoring and surveys by the Standing Committee and the Committees of the Provincial People's Council, as well as issues arising after the sessions of the Provincial People's Council, and the recommendations and complaints and denunciations of voters, have been expedited, contributing to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of each agency's operations. Information exchange, participation in meetings and conferences, and external relations activities of both sides have been strengthened.
