Accordingly, the content of State management coordination atSoutheast Economic Zoneand Industrial Parks in the province, including: Construction planning management; construction management; investment management; investment promotion management; land management and determination of land use fees, land and water surface rental fees in economic zones; compensation, support and resettlement management; environmental management; mineral resource management; enterprise and trade management; labor management; national defense, security and order management and inspection and examination management.

Notably in terms of investment management, the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board advises the Provincial People's Committee to develop and organize the implementation of programs and plans on investment promotion for the development of economic zones and industrial parks. The Department of Planning and Investment, the Center for Investment Promotion of Trade and Tourism and other departments: coordinate with the Management Board to develop programs and organize investment promotion activities in industrial zones and economic zones. Coordinate to develop promotional documents and promote the image of economic zones and industrial parks in Nghe An.

Agencies, units and localities, according to their functions and tasks, shall properly implement the contents of the regulations. The Southeast Economic Zone Management Board shall be the focal agency responsible for guiding, monitoring, inspecting and urging the implementation of this regulation. During the implementation process, if any difficulties or problems arise, or the contents need to be amended, supplemented or replaced, relevant agencies and units shall promptly report to the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board for synthesis and reporting to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and decision.

This Decision takes effect from July 15, 2022. Decision No. 96/2010/QD-UBND dated November 26, 2010 of the People's Committee is annulled.People's Committee of Nghe An provinceon promulgating the Regulation on coordination in implementing the management, investment, construction and development of the Southeast Economic Zone and Industrial Parks in the province.

Chief of Office of Provincial People's Committee; Directors of departments, heads of provincial-level sectors and branches; Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, towns and cities and Chairmen of People's Committees of wards, communes and towns where the Southeast Economic Zone, industrial parks and related organizations and individuals are located are responsible for implementing this decision.
