Fire Prevention and Control Police Station No. 4 conducts drill in Dien Chau.

(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of February 6th, at Van Phan Seafood Joint Stock Company, Fire Prevention and Control Police Station No. 4 of Nghe An province organized a drill for fire prevention and control forces from four seafood processing enterprises located in Dien Ngoc commune, Dien Chau district.

During a single session, workers from four seafood processing businesses were instructed in combined firefighting techniques such as: extinguishing gasoline drum fires using fire blankets and fire extinguishers; initial firefighting procedures such as: sounding the fire alarm, cutting off electricity to the affected area, organizing firefighting efforts, rescuing people and property; and coordinating with professional firefighters to extinguish the fire.

Through the drill, workers from the enterprises gained knowledge about fire safety, became proficient in using on-site firefighting equipment, enabling them to extinguish fires promptly and coordinate better with professional fire police forces in the event of a fire or explosion at the facility.
