Verification results show that the incident occurred in a field area in Nam Anh commune, after a meeting organized by the Nam Anh commune Youth Union. The cause was a previous conflict between Nguyen Van Th. - class 9E - Anh Xuan Secondary School and his classmate Vo Hai D. - class 9C.
