According to Mr. Tuong, the Phu Tho Department of Education and Training has seriously reviewed and evaluated the implementation process of the national high school exam. Specifically, the preparation work; printing and copying of exam papers; transportation and handover of exam papers; especially the invigilation work at the exam sites; handover of exam papers and exam records; writing of essay exam papers; marking of exam papers (grading essay exams in Literature and marking multiple choice exams); inspection work; archiving of exam papers and exam records.
The Department has also carefully reviewed all high-scoring exams.
Specifically, for the Literature essay test: Check and review 256 test papers with scores of 8.5 or higher (compare the announced scores with the scores on the agreed minutes of the examiners). The results of the 256 test papers are all correct.
For objective multiple-choice tests, the Department compared the scanned image files of the original test papers stored in the computer (sealed) with the software's image recognition results of the tests with scores of 9 or higher, with a total of 273 multiple-choice tests: Math, Foreign Languages, Natural Sciences, and Social Sciences.
As a result, all the papers tested had a match between the candidate's coloring and the image recognition results of the test.
Thus, according to Mr. Tuong, after reviewing, all procedures and stages in the organization of the 2018 national high school exam in Phu Tho province were implemented in accordance with the exam regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, ensuring accuracy, fairness and objectivity.
