From 4:00 p.m. on July 19, the Interdisciplinary Team of the People's Committee of Cua Lo Ward launched an inspection and handling of violations of security and order in the park, beach and Binh Minh Square.
This is an activity to enhance the effectiveness of local management, ensuring a civilized, safe and friendly tourism environment in Cua Lo. Local authorities call on people to raise awareness of complying with regulations and cooperate with functional forces in the process of inspection and handling.

According to the policy of developing sustainable tourism in Cua Lo, the locality is promoting the implementation of the motto "5 no's, 3 yes's". Specifically, the "5 no's" include: no price gouging, no soliciting and stalking customers, no massages, street vendors, no environmental damage and no disruption of security and order. The "3 yes's" are: having modern tourism infrastructure, having a civilized tourism environment and having hospitable tourists.
The Ward People's Committee requests that people seriously implement this to contribute to building the image of Cua Lo tourism more and more beautiful in the eyes of tourists.
Previously, in order to improve service quality and build a civilized tourism environment, Cua Lo ward has implemented many corrective activities such as: checking and monitoring jet ski activities; strengthening environmental sanitation; promptly receiving and handling feedback from residents and tourists; organizing inspection and monitoring campaigns of business and service activities in the beach area...
Prohibited acts in Binh Minh Square area include:
- Acts of encroachment, illegal use of walking paths, sidewalks, and grounds of Binh Minh Square, and illegal construction.
- Illegal trading, business, advertising, street vending; organizing drinking, eating and drinking; kiosks selling refreshments, food, and games at Binh Minh Square.
- Organizing cultural activities and providing cultural services that violate regulations on civilized lifestyle, security, order, and fire and explosion prevention and fighting.
- Cultural activities at Binh Minh Square must have the written consent of the People's Committee of Cua Lo Ward. Activities using loudspeakers, gongs, drums, whistles, trumpets... or gathering crowds to cheer without permission from the competent authority.
- Superstitious activities, circulation, dissemination, display and trading of prohibited cultural products, and trading of cultural services without permission from competent authorities.
- Acts that disrupt order, hygiene, and urban civilization; acts that destroy trees, flowers, lawns, and architectural works; damage or illegally relocate technical equipment installed in Binh Minh Square area.
- Vehicles operating on Binh Minh Square.
- Other prohibited acts according to relevant laws.
