The West does not possess weapons capable of turning the tide in Ukraine.
(Baonghean.vn) - Russia's TASS news agency reported that US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin has pledged that the US will maintain regular transfers of weapons and military equipment to Kiev.

On May 24, TASS reported that Russia's Deputy Permanent Representative to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Maxim Buyakevich said that there is no weapon in the Western arsenal that can help Ukraine drastically change the situation on the ground.
"Kiev's sponsors do not possess any weapons capable of drastically changing the situation on the ground. Decisions to send additional batches of combat-tested weapons will only prolong the military confrontation, causing more casualties and destruction," he said at a meeting of the organization's Permanent Council.
Previously, US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin pledged that the US would maintain regular supplies of weapons and military equipment to Ukraine.
In late April, US President Joe Biden signed into law a bill passed by the US Congress to resume arms supplies to Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan. The package is worth $95 billion, including $61 billion for Ukraine. Shortly after the US head of state signed the bills, the Pentagon announced that it would send Ukraine $1 billion worth of weapons and equipment. Washington then allocated Kiev another $400 million worth of weapons.
