The incident happened at Le Bourget airport (France), when PSG had just returned after losing to Barca.

The incident occurred at around 5am on March 9. As PSG members left the airport, a crowd was waiting outside to insult them. Some extremists even attacked the team's convoy.

After a day of investigation, PSG confirmed that the crowd were home fans. The group's actions were a result of disappointment with the team's performance in Barcelona: a 1-6 defeat in the second leg and a 5-6 aggregate defeat in the Champions League round of 16.

While the incident of the fan attack did not develop beyond control, another more complicated incident was theMidfielder Thiago Motta crashed his car into a fan. The fan was not seriously injured but is threatening to sue the player.

Alessandro Canovi, Motta's representative, confirmed that his client had accidentally caused the accident while trying to swerve the car away from the crowd. "Motta was stopped. His wife was also in the car, while the crowd attacked the roof and both sides of the car. At that time, he just wanted to get away as quickly as possible."

According to Canovi, Motta took the initiative to contact the victim to calm the situation.
