The United States is the most active participant and the obvious initiator of the anti-Russian campaign following the "Skripal case," Senator Alexei Pushkov said at a press conference.

"Look who has taken the most active part in this campaign, who has expelled the most diplomats - the pioneer (initiator) of this anti-Russian campaign is the United States," - said the Russian senator.
Alexei Pushkov stressed that, although London is in fact the country that carries out anti-Russian activities in the European space, the United States is definitely behind this.
"Without the United States, Britain would have the support of no more than 10 countries," Mr. Pushkov asserted.
Russian Senator Pushkov said that new fake news would appear in the British press, to justify the failure to investigate the incident in Salisbury.
"The fact that Yulia Skripal recovered raises serious doubts about the use of a nerve agent. It is impossible to recover from this substance," Pushkov said.
