Putin reveals secret office
Russian President Putin revealed to an American film director a secret room that no reporter has been allowed to visit.
Mr. Putin showed filmmaker Oliver Stone a secret room that looked like a living room with tables and sofas.In the middle of the room is a round table with a plate of fruit and a jar of honey, according to Sputnik. In the corner of the room, an icon of the Virgin Mary and Jesus is next to a portrait of a man.
"This is my father in Sevastopol, Crimea. He was in the navy," Putin said of the portrait. The room is where he spends most of his time working.

“And this is the second part of the office. This is where I work with documents, it is usually full of papers,” Putin said, opening another door.
The room has a desk, bookshelves and a fireplace. Newspapers and magazines are on the table. In the adjacent room, the final stop of the film crew's tour, Putin holds meetings with foreign leaders.
Stone’s four-part documentary about Putin aired on the Showtime network from June 12 to 15. Stone previously said his film was aimed at preventing further deterioration in relations between Russia and the United States.
