Regarding the dismissal of Deputy General Director Tran Minh Tuan, Mr. Dong said that this decision was based on Mr. Tuan's personal wishes.

“Mr. Tuan submitted his resignation a month ago, before the decision to initiate the case. To dismiss him, we had to follow the reporting process to the group’s leaders. PVC is listed on the stock exchange, so all information is sent in writing to the Hanoi Stock Exchange within 24 hours. The time of receiving the decision to dismiss Mr. Tuan coincided with the announcement of the case’s initiation, creating many negative suspicions for PVC,” said Mr. Dong.

Currently, PVC is implementing construction at key projects such as Thai Binh 2 Thermal Power Plant, Song Hau Thermal Power Plant, DK Platform, etc. PVC continues to restructure and divest capital at units according to the PVC Corporation restructuring project; handling debts at projects.
