The LNR People's Police has recorded the presence of Ukrainian security officials dressed as civilians in camouflage at the contact line in Donbass, Ivan Filiponenko, spokesman for the LNR People's Self-Defense Police, told reporters on Saturday.

Simultaneously with the reconnaissance data of the military agency near the village of Lugansk, the commander of the 25th Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine actively mined the territory near the settlement of Schaste.

To avoid drawing attention to the mine-laying process, brigade commander Zenchenko ordered his men to wear civilian clothes while on duty, Filononenko said.

He added that the Militia had filmed anti-tank mines being unloaded from a truck with civilian plates on the outskirts of the town of Schaste.

This information is also confirmed in the report of the observer of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), Mr. Filononenko affirmed.

The press service of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) reported that observers recorded several people in civilian clothes laying anti-tank mines near the town of Schaste.

"On June 26, in the northern suburbs of the settlement of Schaste, the observer saw four men in civilian clothes carrying seven anti-tank mines and two shovels get out of a white truck with civilian license plates and head northeast," the press service quoted the mission report from June 27 as saying.
