"In response to the attacks by the Pakistani Air Force this morning, the Indian Air Force violated the Line of Control (the de facto border separating the two countries in Kashmir). We shot down two Indian military aircraft that violated Pakistani airspace. One aircraft crashed in Azad Kashmir, the other - inside the Line of Control area," Major General Asif Ghafoor, head of the press service of the Pakistani armed forces, wrote on his Twitter account.
