Military Region 4: 150 officers trained on troop management regulations

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of January 3, the Military Region 4 Command held the opening ceremony of the 2017 training course. Major General Dang Trong Quan, Deputy Chief of Staff of Military Region 4 attended the ceremony.

The training course was attended by more than 150 leaders, commanders, and assistants from departments, agencies, and military commands of 6 provinces and units under Military Region 4.

During the 4 days, the officers attending the training course were given a number of new contents in the 2016 training by the organizing committee, such as: General understanding of combat objects, troop management regulations, tactical training, sports training and some contents on politics, logistics and techniques.

The training course aims to improve the capacity of staff, direction, management and operation of commanders at all levels, the organizational level of grassroots cadres, create unity in the entire Military Region, contributing to improving the quality of training in 2017./.
