Military Region 4: 150 officers trained in troop management regulations

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of January 3, the Military Region 4 Command held the opening ceremony of the 2017 training course. Major General Dang Trong Quan, Deputy Chief of Staff of Military Region 4 attended the ceremony.

The training course was attended by more than 150 leaders, commanders, and assistants from departments, agencies, and military commands of 6 provinces and units under Military Region 4.

During the 4 days, the organizers agreed on some new contents for the 2016 training for the officers attending the training course, such as: General understanding of combat objects, troop management regulations, tactical training, sports training and some contents on politics, logistics and techniques.

The training course aims to improve the capacity of staff, direction, management and operation of commanders at all levels, the level of organization and implementation of grassroots cadres, create unity in the entire Military Region, contributing to improving the quality of training in 2017./.
