In the spirit of the "four great democracies" in the military—military, political, logistical, and technical democracy—the soldiers of Regiment 1 frankly contributed many opinions and aspirations to the Party Committee and the Command of the Military Region and Division regarding difficulties in training materials, policies and regulations concerning the military's rear support, and the training of officers.

The opinions raised by the units were received and addressed by the leaders and commanders at all levels, as well as relevant functional agencies; at the same time, they directed the professional departments and divisions to focus on reviewing and resolving the issues, in order to ensure the rights of officers and soldiers of the units.
Direct dialogue between the leadership and command of the Military Region Command and non-commissioned officers and soldiers is a practical and democratic form of interaction, aimed at promptly understanding their thoughts and aspirations, fostering unity in building strong units, and successfully fulfilling assigned tasks.
