Military Region 4 launched inspections and controls to maintain strict discipline during the Lunar New Year.

The content of the military departure ceremony was focused on by units, localities, schools and military control forces of Military Region 4. That is to strengthen close coordination with units stationed in the area to maintain strict compliance with military discipline and state laws; organize patrol and control activities in the unit's stationed area, strictly maintain regulations on etiquette and manners, station guards, and regulations on the use of vehicles when entering and leaving the barracks.

At the same time, strengthen close coordination with local authorities, police and other forces to properly handle violations related to military personnel, defense workers and military vehicles.

After the departure ceremony, the military control force of Military Region 4 and the provincial Military Commands deployed forces to organize on-site inspections and mobile inspections in train stations, bus stations, traffic intersections, and key areas with many military personnel and military vehicles passing by to promptly guide and help military personnel, defense workers, and military vehicles participating in traffic to comply with military discipline and state laws.

Activities are carried out to prevent and correct violations in wearing, addressing, greeting, military etiquette and manners; regulations on procedures and documents of military vehicles when participating in traffic and performing duties in accordance with regulations.
