To facilitate foreigners living, working and studying in Vietnam, implementing the Plan of the Ministry of Public Security, Nghe An Provincial Police launched a 50-day peak period to issue electronic identification to foreigners. Implementation period is from July 1, 2025 to August 19, 2025.
