Sao Mai 2017 Champion burst into emotion after the moment of coronation

After much waiting, finally, the highest position of Sao Mai 2017 has found 3 names: My Lam, To Hoa and Thu Thuy for 3 music genres.

The final night of Sao Mai 2017 took place on the evening of October 7 at FLC Sam Son Tourist Complex - Thanh Hoa, marking the end of a journey to find beautiful and new voices in the Vietnamese music industry.

After a lot of practice efforts and solid, professional skills, the contestants brought to the final night their own unique colors, full of impressions and emotions. The 12 flowers of Sao Mai this year all deserved to win high positions after the end of the competition night with all the efforts they had gone through, but the Champion position for each music genre was only one. The most outstanding names announced in the Sao Mai 2017 night were Sen Hoang My Lam (Folk style), Do To Hoa (Chamber style) and Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy (Light music style).

Bursting with emotion right after the moment of coronation, Folk Style Champion My Lam shared: "When my name was just announced, Lam cried a lot. Having been fortunate enough to grow up from the Sao Mai 2017 house, I wish to become a small lark girl but a great singer in the hearts of the audience later. Sao Mai this year has ended and I feel many regrets. My wish is to return to the stage once again to bring the best of myself to the audience to enjoy."

Surpassing the other 3 contestants to win the highest position in the Chamber Music category in the final round, To Hoa shared: "When I was specially admitted to the Military Culture and Arts School, I felt very proud to wear the rank of a soldier and hope that I will make worthy contributions to the Vietnam People's Army. I also plan that in the future, I will quickly have my first products and try to arrange time to be able to perform between Vietnam and China."

The champion of the Chamber Music category confidently performed the song Spring Dance on stage at the final night.

Recalling memories with the other girls in the Auditorium "team", To Hoa said that she and her friends did not have a long time to bond emotionally, however, the group worked very well and tried to learn from each other every day, every hour. "After Sao Mai ended, although I won the championship, I still felt sad and regretful. I hope that in the future, you will have new developments and directions. I hope you will shine even more!", she added.

With the Light Music genre, Thu Thuy is the excellent name called for the championship title. She could not hide her emotions: "I don't know what else to say and want to thank everyone who loves me. At this moment, I am truly happy. In the final round, I tried to show all the experiences I have accumulated over the years so I don't feel any regrets."

Thu Thuy expressed her happiness and emotion with her family when she was named Champion of the Light Music category.

Thu Thuy also hopes that in the future, she will devote herself to the audience with the best music products.
